Conduent designed and developed systems training and performance support for six systems used by the client's employees. These custom solution consist of context-sensitive guidance and tips embedded in each system via WalkMe, a Digital Adoption Platform: WalkMe provided the technology and Conduent designed and built the content for these learning solutions. In addition to providing a combination of training and performance support, these solutions are segmented by audience and include additional functions such as data validation and automation of steps where possible.
