Developed interactive dialog for communication skill building

Project Summary

Conduent designed and developed a branching simulated conversation using Storyline blocks in Articulate Rise, with photo-realistic characters and feedback. The conversation is a progressive scenario allowing the learner to practice responding appropriately and moving the conversation forward in specific situations.

The challenge

The client wished to increase the value of internal career counseling conversations to better help employees with their career growth.


The solution

Conduent worked with the client to map out ideal and less-than-ideal conversations, and translate these into a simulated conversation with feedback that could be built as an eLearning activity. We also did the development using Articulate Storyline blocks inserted into Articulate Rise.


The results

Learners can practice guiding an employee in a career growth conversation and receive feedback, prior to having actual conversations with the employees they counsel.
