Increased sales conversation practice through immersive learning

Conduent designed a virtual reality module to provide asynchronous experiential training for salespeople, including feedback aligned to client values. The module is a branching simulated conversation which uses Artificial Intelligence to interpret learner speech and identify the client response. It can be utilized with various levels of guidance and feedback. Data is collected at each step of the learner’s experience and can be used for analysis of both individual performance and aggregated learning effectiveness.
