The challenge
The client needed to substantially reduce delivery resource management costs, particularly those associated with vendor facilitators, while also increasing efficiency and accuracy of class scheduling and fulfillment. A specific need involved the delivery of an enterprise-wide soft-skills training program that included leadership and management curricula.
The solution
Conduent identified and validated the expected delivery requirements and volumes for the training program and related curricula. In addition, we evaluated and ramped up a Conduent Learning group of 30 instructors with more than 275 years of client experience. The instructors provided program leadership with deep content knowledge combined with the client’s “cultural competency." Conduent identified and shared best practices with all of the instructors to drive consistent, high quality, measurable performance. In addition, we helped establish global partnerships to scale delivery.
