  • Learning Administration

The challenge

Client wanted to centralize the administration of learning and create a consistent, effective global learning delivery process. This included the need to execute rigorous quality standards to ensure classes met all certification requirements and provided on-site support in high volume locations, including key regions and sites.

The solution

Conduent provided global learning administration services and on-site logistics support for all Learning, Training and Development, Commercial, and Defense Systems functions. A learning administration best practice operating model was implemented that included a mix of onshore and offshore administrative resources. We Integrated LAS, a proprietary workflow automation tool, with the client’s Oracle/PeopleSoft LMS to ensure accuracy of processed transactions from initiation of request to measurement. This also involved interfacing with key client resources responsible for demand management of training consumption to ensure all emergent requests that require transactions were processed in 24 hours.

The results

Conduent helped the client increase quality and align to business needs and demands by applying best practices and proprietary technologies to the client's operating business model. We drove cost savings by utilizing a mix of onshore, U.S.-based and offshore Malaysia-based resources.
