Designed, developed, and deployed virtual learning for dispersed resellers

Conduent implemented and managed a comprehensive learning solution through virtual classroom events for American resellers of the client's software product. The solution included five tracks and 54 virtual sessions delivered over a two-week period. Conduent was also responsible for overall program management, production of individual sessions, platform training, and asynchronous trainings to orient learners to new virtual classroom events. The results included a significant reduction in travel for learning, enhanced attendee interaction, improved access to information, and repeatable set of development and delivery processes and infrastructure for the client's future product rollouts.

The challenge

  • The client was a large software firm wanting to better position and increase sales of new software products and solutions through their channel partners.
  • The large audience of channel partners was global and geographically dispersed.

The solution

  • Conduent designed and developed a virtual classroom event for 800 North American resellers, with five tracks featuring 54 virtual sessions delivered over a 2-week period.
