Transformed enterprise-wide curriculum delivery, reducing costs by more than 12%

Conduent conducted a Rapid Training Strategy Assessment for 128,000 employees of a tech giant. Based on assessment results, we provided face-to-face retail sales training materials comprising more than thirty deliverables in 10 weeks. The deliverables included facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, demo scripts, scratch cards, and assessments.

The challenge

The client needed to rapidly deploy training for a major new Operating System (OS) release for its smartphone. This required the client to provide a large Bill of Materials (BOM) for face-to-face (F2F) training to support Retail Sales Specialists and Experts.


The solution

Conduent Learning Solutions conducted a Rapid Strategy Assessment. Based on the assessment results, Conduent provided a F2F BOM for retail training, which included more than thirty deliverables: facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, demo scripts, scratch cards, and assessments.


The results

Conduent delivered the F2F Bill of Materials in 10 weeks from start to finish, even with the OS in flux. An innovative way to do localization of subsequent eLearning was also identified. The solid work done on this project led to Conduent becoming the sole provider of eLearning for this client.
